On Wednesday, 28th of February 2024, an ITV program called ‘Tonight’ made the following statement: ‘Between two and three women are murdered by a partner or ex-partner every week, while nearly one and a half million women are victims of domestic violence each year.’

The Government says: ‘It is working tirelessly to tackle violence against women.’

Veterans in Prison (VIP) state: Regrettably, the Government’s responsive words of working tirelessly to tackle violence against women, is yet another set-piece reply in public relations, to what the Government believe the public ‘want to hear’! Sadly, this rhetoric is as far as it goes regarding tackling this problem of violence against women!’

VIP know, from direct experience in prisons, that since the early 1970s there has been a huge increase in the numbers of combat veterans entering the prison system for the use of extreme violence. In fact, in the past six decades, there has been no other group of people in the entire prison population of England and Wales that are more overrepresented than combat veterans in serving life sentences for the use of extreme violence! Tragically, these acts of extreme violence or heinous crimes of murder are perpetrated mostly against their female partners who have become the main causalities of this extreme violence! However, any suggestion of this has been ignored or fobbed off by both past and present Governments for the convenience of their own Ministry of Defence (MoD)!

An ‘ignorance is bliss’ attitude has taken over in the MoD because they want to look completely blameless in being of any influence of this extreme violence being brough back home from the conflicts – even though they are the main instigators of this ongoing catastrophe! For example: if in any conflict a civilian was to be given a gun and rushed to the front line, they would more than likely be totally ineffectual and killed or badly maimed very quickly. However, combat soldiers undergo induction and intensive training that turns a civilian into an effective killing machine, by implanting extreme ‘rage and anger’ in their subconscious psyche. Unquestionably, this is a major asset in ensuring their combat troops will kill other human beings without any thought or hesitation in conflict situations, and it is seen as a ‘Win-Win’ scenario for the MoD. Therefore, there is little doubt that the MoD want to retain this ‘rage and anger’ in the subconscious minds of combat veterans for when they leave the Armed Forces, as they then automatically become combatant ‘reservists’ and consequently are ready to be called upon and used for any future conflict that will need this already implanted ‘Kill Kill Kill!’ reaction.

However, the catch-22 with this implanted extreme violence in combat veterans’ subconscious, is that they are unaware that they are potentially still lethal threats to those around them whilst their ever present ‘rage and anger’ is still bubbling away within them under the surface. Accordingly, they are very much at high risk of committing acts of extreme violence against members of their families, activated by minor family disputes – causing fatal or near fatal injuries to their loved ones!

Appallingly, it is apparent that the ‘end justifies the means’ for the MoD, who are not interested in deprogramming this implanted extreme violence from their combat veterans, or why this could be the cause of their many thousands of innocent victims of extreme violence over the past six decades!

‘Break Off’ Programme

To counteract this, Jimmy Johnson devised and wrote a programme to desensitize combat veterans from this extreme violence. It describes how combat veterans were indoctrinated in intensified or ‘upped’ training in pure raw violence prior to their tours of duty in Northern Ireland. This duplicated brainwashing in extreme violence was also used on combat troops prior to their service in conflicts over the past decades, including: The Falklands, The Gulf, Bosnia, Iraq and Afghanistan. Yet no combat veterans were either deprogrammed from this extreme violence!

The name and title of Jimmy Johnson’s programme is called ‘Break Off’ and is a game changer in deprogramming combat veterans! ‘Break Off’, was created and based on a military marching foot drill to desensitized combat veterans from this implanted extreme violence. ‘Break Off’ is available at:
